How to post videos like the one below, borders and all.
First. Type-
Quote :
[flash(600,361)]#[/flash]
Now you need to get the youtube embed code. Find the video you want. Look below the video and find "<embed>" Below the code- Untick "Include related videos" Tick "Show border" Untick "Enable Privacy-enhanced mode"
Click on any color scheme you want. The size does not matter. Now copy out the embed code. All of it, it should should similar (but not the same) to this-
That should be it! I have found a way to change the colour of the border if you really want to, for example; I made mine black and yellow, true CnW style. First we have to identify the part of the code which defines border colour. There is two colour codes. 1 and 2.
Quote :
color1=0x5d1719&color2=0xcd311b
The bits I have highlighted in red are the "hex" codes. To change these, you need a hex code to define your choice of colour. This is a hex code generator- http://www.2createawebsite.com/build/hex-colors.html Choose your colour, and then replace the red highlighted numbers with the hex code. REMEMBER- The hex code on the site will have a # infront of it, Do Not Copy This. You want the letters and numbers AFTER the #.
That should do it! Good luck!

Videos in forums can sometimes take a long time to appear if you have a slow internet connection. They often will not even appear for about 30 seconds on 56kbs, (Which I am currently on, capped internet). If however; the video does not show up. Go into your forum profile- Select the Tab "Preferences"- Scroll down and tick "Yes" for "Always allow HTML" If this still does not work, chances are; youtube doesn't work for you at all, and you need to update your flash player.
