Skins for Minecraft

I recently downloaded the Skin Editor for Minecraft and I've been fiddling with it a bit getting used to it, which doesn't take long its fairly basic, whilst mucking around I had the Idea to create a 'Chill' skin, a fairly basic skin that would represent Chill, but before I make it I wanted to know what everyone thinks it should have on it.

Uniform?, Helmet?, Hat?, Aviators?, Bullet Chains? The only thing i know it will definitely have is a blue 'C' on it kinda like our Combat Arms emblem blue 'c' in a black square located on the arm. I also want to know should I make officers uniforms as well to define our officers from our regulars?

I haven't been able to figure out how just yet.. or if a I can at all, the program I use doesn't allow expansion of parts that I have been able to figure out.
