| Gamers, give me your ear.
Supposedly; extended times spent on a computer are not beneficial for our health (WHO KNEW?!)
So, how can we be "Healthy Gamers"? My option is fairly simple, a very good diet of home cooked meals and a good solid amount of daily walking followed up by jogging every few days.
I am a healthy lad- not super fit- but healthy.
So lads; how do we keep in tip-top gaming shape?
And; what is the longest time you have spent on the computer in one dose. (Mine is about 12-14 hours (Couldn't say for sure)) | |

| i get P.E, walking between class's, a run down to the shops some days, walking around house when bord and go for a couple KM walk on Sat or Sunday down some tracks | |
