Stalin.....

Stalin was paranoid that his advisors were only telling him what he wanted to hear, so one night he disguised himself and went to the cinema. Before the movie began, propaganda advertisements were shown and whenever Stalin's image came up, the people stood and applauded. Out of humility, Stalin himself remained seated. When the propaganda concluded, the man seated next to Stalin leaned across and whispered "Most of us feel the same as you, comrade, but it is safer if you stand."

The can of worms has exploded!

Stalin was a douche of the most insane kind. How can a true leader of Russia be born outside of Russia? I *own* his auto-biography, I've read Lennin's book (still call St. Petersburgh by its proper name, Lenningrad) and whilst I'm a stout facisct, I find communism as broken as liberal free-markets and democracy.

Russia was at the best when we were developing leading space technology and militarial power. Being an ex-military man myself, I value service and pride in your country but the pride in your own beliefs is better than being told what to believe. The problem with governments is that its a popularity contest, rather than have countries, found said countries on political beliefs. That way the tree-hugging, pro-crap and CO2 idiots can live in the Ethopian desert since they want to save everyone. I'll stay in my pro-facist industrial township like Lenningrad was back in the 1900s.

That's just my opinion however.

Funny how this topic should come up now; I am currently studying Stalin as a personality in History for school. I find the way he came into power a work of genius; the man was very, very intelligent. However; his tactics of eliminating competition were just...brutal. However...if we consider the "Gains" of Stalins rule; Industrialization in 10 years, re-establishment of foreign trade and the removal of the peasant heavy society. But still...the guy was a violent, self-obsessed lunatic. Who could have achieved such gains; without violence. Besides; Trotsky was cooler.

I find the simple act of making a big deal out of a black president, fairly racist. So he's black. Big deal. Last time I checked they were equal to white people anyway; so what difference does his colour make? (Don't question me on the Socialism thing btw; as far as I am concerned, American Politics are retarded)

I watched the election coverage. I remember the left-wing media (CNN, MSNBC, ABC and others) said that not voting Obama is basically racist because he (Quote) Sending a strong message in the international community that American has progressed very far in anti-racism (End Quote)

I said Day 1, Obama would win, and at the same time Obama would be noted as on of the worst of all time. So far I'm right on the money, and that's the scary part... lol

Plus, when a government wants to run Education, Health, Power and everything else...thats Socialism, theres many sectors that work better privatized. All im saying on that.
