The snow covered ground of "Absolute Zero" was the scene of of a feirce battle between "Juff's Soldiers" of the Tau Empire and "Grover's A Team" of the Space Marines.
Shortly after the establishment of both armies bases Juff's 2 stealth suit teams were ordered to do a quick recognizance mission and jump into the enemy position, 1 squad was lost when they were surprised by a squad of scout marines close to the enemy HQ, the other squad was withdrawn in time.
An offensive was made against Juff's Soldiers with confidence in his soldiers abilities the Tau commander and 2 fire warrior teams moved up the left flank where they were met by a scout marine squad which didn't last very long and then heavy bolter fire and a dreadnaught, during the confrontation 2 stealthsuit teams were jumped into enemy territory to destroy enemy military buildings they succeeded in destroying the enemies barracks before being mowed down by heavy bolter fire.
NOw the offensive was on and 2 fire warrior teams were sent up the right flank accompanied by a skyray missile gunship in an attempt to pincer the enemy forces, now the enemy had been pushed back a constant reinforcement was needed to continue to keep the assault where they had it and enable crisis battlesuits to jump over and assault the enemy HQ.
The assault on the right flank had been all but annihilated when reinforcements arrived, with some confidence an assault was made on the Tau Hq which was quickly drove back, and countered by a lone crisis suit dropping in and taking out the enemy force commander. Morale was so low in the Space Marine troops that they started dropping like flies and the Tau were able to simply push though and destroy the Space Marine HQ.
