I have voiced this through xfire and via forums, although the latter no so much. I feel that the foundation we have *IS* stable, the core 6-7 of us who are regularly around won't go anywhere but I feel that the fringe (those who wear the tag and dont try to contribute even if its 1 post a week etc, will continue to slip through the cracks).

Currently, I don't have a definitive answer on what exactly needs to be done other than what I've voiced before, we as a community need to bring something thats going to attract the type of community members we want (not bigot's who are 35, senial and living as virgins in their grandma's basement) we have to provide something that will attract people.

Map making, mod creation, game/flash development. I would start a Madden playbook and stratergy forum but Im already contributing to another website/forums so i cant do it that much here.

The initial build is easy, but the sustainable build is what takes its toll.

Lastly, I said "I don't like it at all" out of sheer lolfactor, but I do feel strongly about the above. I've seen MaddenMania, Madden University and Operation Sports now go towards self implosion.
